Getting Started

Registration

To begin using the system:

  1. Click the "Register" link in the navigation
  2. Fill out the registration form with your details
  3. Wait for admin approval of your account
  4. Once approved, you can log in and start using the system

Logging In

After registration is approved:

  1. Click the "Sign In" button
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. You'll be directed to your dashboard

Document Management

Submitting Documents

To submit a new document:

  1. Navigate to the submission page
  2. Select the document type
  3. Fill in the required information
  4. Upload your document
  5. Click "Submit" to process your submission

Tracking Documents

Monitor your submissions:

  1. Visit your dashboard
  2. View the status of each document
  3. Check for any required actions or updates

Using Templates

Finding Templates

Access document templates:

  1. Go to the Templates section
  2. Browse available templates by category
  3. Download the template you need

Using Templates

To use a template:

  1. Download the appropriate template
  2. Fill in the required information
  3. Save the completed document
  4. Submit through the regular submission process
